
Brandon S. Fraim
Brandon advises clients on all aspects of business and real estate, including corporate structure, mergers and acquisitions, transactions and contracts, leasing, and construction and development. In addition, Brandon litigates extensively in civil disputes in both federal and state courts, as well as in arbitration. Brandon’s civil litigation practice also includes handling a large portion of the appellate matters at Henneke, Fraim & Dawes, P.C. Brandon is proud to establish long-term relationships with his clients and regularly works with them to address and advance their business, personal, and legal goals.
