Brandon’s practice focuses on corporate and real estate matters, including corporate structure, mergers and acquisitions, commercial and real estate transactions, and construction. Brandon represents businesses and developers of all sizes, as well as individuals and professionals. Brandon concentrated his undergraduate and legal education in finance and business, which has carried through to his practice. In addition to his significant experience in corporate and real estate matters, Brandon litigates extensively in civil disputes, including handling a large portion of the appellate practice at Henneke, Fraim & Dawes, P.C.
Brandon graduated magna cum laude from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School, where he received numerous awards for academic merit, including multiple Jurisprudence Achievement Awards, as well as the Shane Joseph Johnson Award for placing first in his academic class. While in law school, Brandon was a Senior Editor of the Cooley Law School Law Review and worked as a legal research intern for the Honorable Joseph Farah at Genesee County Circuit Court.
